A friendly, established, small animal practice in Bristol is looking to recruit a permanent member of staff to start ASAP. The rota is 4 days per week either working 830-6 or 1030-8 with a set day off every week. The weekend rota is 1:4 but very short hours, so on the Saturday you work 9-530 and on the Sunday you work 1030-430.
Time of in lieu offered when you have worked the weekends so in total, you would be contracted to 37.5 hours per week.
A bit about them
They are very lucky to have two experienced vets, one of whom has his certificate in cardiology and also has a strong interest in surgery. Their other vet also has a strong interest in surgery but both are just warm, welcoming and fantastic people to work with.
Their ideal applicants would have a more medicine/consulting bias (consulting only can also be considered).
They have a very experienced nursing team, reception team, an animal care assistant and are a 2-3 vet practice. They have doubled in size as a practice over the last 12 months which has been amazing to see, so would love to welcome someone into the family who would share their passion to help continue to grow the practice by simply providing an outstanding service to our patients and clients.
They pride themselves on having a family feel, a team who enjoys working hard but having a lot of fun and banter along the way.
Their practice has it's own in-house lab machines, digital x-ray, scanner etc.
