A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced veterinary surgeon to join a friendly and dedicated team in Edinburgh to start as soon as possible.
Our client is looking for a confident vet with a genuine interest in Emergency and Critical Care. The successful candidate will find themselves part of and supported by a friendly and knowledgeable team, who strive to provide the highest standards of patient care. This is a Small Animal only role with limited exotics work.
The rota pattern is 7 nights on, followed by 14 nights off, designed to allow you a good work-life balance and allow you to explore everything this amazing city has to offer.
Here are just some of the benefits:
Health Shield insurance
Employee discount on pet treatment
Cycle to work scheme
Enhanced paternity, maternity, adoption, shared parental leave and surrogacy pay
Sponsorship for overseas employees
Your RCVS and VDS fees are covered and there is a generous CPD budget
Competitive Salary (DOE)
A certificate in Emergency and Critical Care or relevant discipline would be an advantage and they would fully support a candidate wishing to undertake post-graduate qualifications.
Our client will consider an ongoing locum vet for this role in the meantime, until they recruit permanently.
If this sounds like the challenge that you've been waiting for, then please get in touch for more details: 01395 200189 / jenna.david@synergyvets.com
