We’re working alongside an independent, S/A practice in West Sussex who are looking to recruit a permanent Vet Surgeon with Surgical Bias, starting ASAP. Applications for candidates working towards this will also be considered.
Our client has 2 state-of-the-art hospitals and 4 busy branch clinics in Sussex.
They are expanding their team due to growth and are looking for a passionate and dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join their close-knit team at one of their hospitals:
** 4 days per week (40 hours)
** Mixture of shifts: 7.30am-6pm, 8.30am-7pm and 9.30am-8pm
** 1:8 weekends with time off in lieu
You will be required to provide veterinary in-patient care and a see new emergency cases. They offer a wide range of quality services from routine consultations and emergency care through to complex surgery and management of critical cases.
Their Advanced Practitioner vets provide referral level surgery, including orthopaedics such as TPLOs and soft tissue surgeries including BOAS. So far this year, they have the already seen the exciting development and growth of their new referral service in ophthalmology and cataract surgery, and they’re counting down the weeks until their new CT Scanner arrives.

Salary of £50,000-£65,000 + (depending on experience/AP status/certificates)
