** Head Nurse position
** 1:4 weekend rota
** Busy Surgery
Small Animal practice in Essex is recruiting a Head Nurse to start as soon as possible.
As a Head Nurse you will be required to lead by example and manage a team of 6 support staff. You will be required to work 40 hours a week with 1:4 weekend rota and 2 weeks a year 2nd on call. You will be working alongside 2 Vets. You will be confident in all medical, surgical and clinical nursing and work well in a team as well as with your own initiative. You will have impeccable client skills and maintain the excellent standard of veterinary care within the practice. The practice is offering a competitive annual salary that is dependent on experience.
