The practice is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon (MRCVS) with at least 2–3 years’ GP experience. They are committed to developing vets who bring enthusiasm, curiosity and a passion for continual improvement.

Rota
4-day working week
10-hour shifts (between 7:30am–7:30pm)
40 hours per week
1-hour lunch break
Equal weekend and bank holiday rota (1 in 6)
2 days off in lieu for weekends worked
This Veterinary role is based at a busy small animal branch clinic in West Sussex, working collaboratively with hospital, emergency and referral teams to deliver exceptional, personalised care 24/7. This joined-up approach allows cases to be supported at every level, including advanced and referral work when required.
The clinics themselves are thoughtfully designed to feel warm and welcoming. A genuine home-from-home environment. It’s something that’s hard to put into words, but candidates often say they feel the difference the moment they walk through the door.
Salary
£45,000 – £65,000+ per annum, depending on experience, certificates and Advanced Practitioner status.
