About This Role
Emillie is working with a well-established practice in Cheshire who are looking for an Advanced Practitioner in Dermatology to join their friendly and enthusiastic team of referral Vets. Working alongside dedicated Night Vets and experienced RVNs.
• Salary starting at £55,000 per annum (DOE). • Ideally Full-time, usually full days 8.45am – 6.45pm • Open to discussion regarding part-time hours for the right applicant.
The practice is part of a long-established Veterinary Group, and is a small animal, first opinion, referral and emergency practice. They are committed to achieving the highest standards in both patient and client care and are looking for a colleague to contribute to and share these aims.
They are in need of an Advanced Practitioner in Dermatology to join their team of referral vets with dedicated night vets and experienced RVNs. They have a busy and varied dermatology case load, so you will need to be able to manage referral dermatology cases independently. You will be working in their advanced practitioner led multi-disciplinary hospital to provide the highest quality care to patients and referring vets. They have a CT on site, video otoscopy, blue light therapy plus a dedicated microscope and consulting room specifically for dermatology. You will work closely with their referral teams, particularly soft tissue surgery and medicine and have the support of their referral’s coordinator.
The practice is a modern and well-equipped premises, including a veterinary hospital with laboratory, highly equipped operating theatres, endoscopy, 24/7 hospitalisation and more. You must be enthusiastic, with good communication skills and the ability to work closely with a multidisciplinary team.
