• Ideally 3 days per week: Mondays, Tuesdays & Fridays
• Standard 10-hour shifts
• Hours between 7:30am-7:30pm (with 1hr lunch break)
• Would consider 2 days (Tues & Fri)
The team is passionate about delivering exceptional care and building strong, trusting relationships with clients. The working environment is warm and welcoming, designed to provide both patients and staff with a calm, homely atmosphere. Collaboration is key, with in-house night cover and an Advanced Practitioner referral service enabling seamless, personalised care 24/7.

Standard shifts are 10 hours with a 1-hour lunch break, typically between 7:30am and 7:30pm. There is flexibility around shift patterns, provided fairness across the team is maintained.
All vets contribute to weekend, bank holiday, and on-call rotas, with exact arrangements to be discussed at interview.
Candidate Requirements:
• MRCVS-qualified Veterinary Surgeon
• Minimum 3 years of small animal practice experience (at least 1 year in the UK)
• Strong alignment with core values: humility, respect, empathy, work ethic, honesty, communication, and teamwork
Further benefits from this role include:
• Generously funded CPD (£1,500 annually or £2,000 for Advanced Practitioners, plus 5 days leave in lieu)
• Certificate funding available
• 7 weeks holiday (including bank holidays)
• 40% staff discount for own pets
• Standard pension contributions
• Occupational health support including mental health resources
• Enhanced parental leave after qualifying period (6 months paid at 90%)

This is an opportunity to be part of a progressive, supportive, and genuinely valued-driven practice that prioritises clinical freedom, kindness, and professional growth.
