**Salary: £33,000–£38,000 DOE
**Hours: 40 per week | 1 in 4 weekends | Duty nights on rota

Lacey is working with a highly regarded veterinary practice in Southampton that’s seeking an experienced Head Nurse to lead their nursing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, friendly, and supportive practice known for providing exceptional clinical care and client service.

The successful candidate will be confident in all areas of nursing and will bring strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high clinical standards, supporting your colleagues, and helping to shape the ongoing success of the practice.


The Role:
