    Cheshire, United Kingdom
    £27,500 - £32,000
    UK

    About This Role

Are you an enthusiastic and compassionate RVN eager to make a difference? Emillie's client in Cheshire has an exciting vacancy with the chance to be part of a supportive team!

    • Competitive salary of £27,500 - £32,000 (DOE) pro rata.
    • Full-time, 40 hours per week.
    • 1 in 3 Saturdays (with time off in lieu)
    • Mix of early (8:30am-5pm) and late (10:30am-7pm) shifts.
    • Mix of consults and theatre work

The practice itself is at a pivotal point of growth, enhancing their nurse clinics and embracing innovative ways to engage with pets and clients alike. They are looking to welcome experienced professionals or newly qualified RVNs. They would like someone with a passion for patient care, who is eager to contribute to daily operations and perhaps explore pathways towards practice partnership.

Across the week you will be responsible for a mix of consults and theatre, working closely with all the clinical team. Consults run throughout the day and consist of a mix of post op checks, development clinics, socialisation/desensitisation clinics and 2nd/3rd vaccines. The practice sees a variety of work from routine neutering and dentistry to orthopaedics and soft tissue surgery. If you would like to have a voice and your thoughts and ideas heard, the team runs clinical governance meetings most Friday, taking your ideas on board!

    You can expect benefits of:
    • A friendly, supportive environment
    • A diverse caseload
    • A generous CPD allowance to support growth
    • Company pension contribution
    • Paid memberships, including RCVS, BVNA, and more.
    • Exclusive discounts and rewards!
