Experienced Vet Surgeon role (Perm/Possible Locum) in Cambridgeshire Ref:SV0075

A small but busy independent practice in Cambridgeshire is seeking an experienced Vet Surgeon to join their team permanently for a full-time position. However, they are open to accepting a locum vet until the position is filled.

• Salary £65,000 - £100,000 (DOE & OOHs)
• Full-time (45 hours per week)
• Monday to Friday, 08:30am-18:30pm
• Participation in a shared rota for night and weekend emergency shifts.
• Flexible hours are available for the right candidate!

The practice provides comprehensive primary care services alongside 24-hour emergency care, 365 days a year. It is also an RCVS-approved nurse training facility. They are well-equipped with Digital Radiography, Full in-house IDEXX Laboratory equipment, Ultrasound, Endoscopy, Multi-parameter monitoring and a fully equipped theatre suite.

This is a varied and rewarding role involving both routine and complex surgeries, as well as full in-house diagnostic workups. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient and client care.

The ideal candidate would be a vet surgeon with a genuine passion for high-quality veterinary care. You must be RCVS registered, have solid diagnostic and surgical capabilities and excellent communication skills.
