My client is looking to recruit a dedicated and confident Head Nurse to guide a brilliant nursing team in a modern, well-established Cheshire practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front, supporting others, and helping shape a positive, high-quality clinical environment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical experience, natural leadership ability and a genuine enthusiasm for developing others. They’ll be self-motivated, approachable, and committed to maintaining excellent standards of patient care and client service across the team.

The role is offered from £33,000 (DOE) with a working pattern of four 9-hour days each week, including duty nights and 1:4 weekends.

The practice is home to a passionate and friendly group, currently including three Vets and five RVNs. Clinical interests within the Vet team include orthopaedics and BOAS surgery, with a Head Vet who is an accredited BOAS assessor. With an even split of canine and feline patients, this is a great setting for anyone keen to further their skills in feline medicine.
The team is continually working to close skill gaps, encourage professional growth and support CPD at every level.
