This reputable practice in East London is looking to recruit a Senior RVN / Clinical Coach to join their team.
The role requires a candidate capable of assisting Vets to deliver a good standard of clinical care. You will also be responsible for training/supporting SVNs.
Managing the nursing team will involve ensuring they use their time effectively, they have excellent client interactions, they keep up to date with records, and that they comply with clinical protocols.
You will be in charge of recruiting VN's / VCA's and giving them their inductions, manage the CPD requirements of RVNs, provide clinical coaching and liaise with HR.
This role also includes carrying out general nursing duties, dispensing medication, sterilising, monitoring, etc.
You must have strong communication skills, be well organised, have good people skills and be capable of working in a fast paced environment.
