Reputable Practice in London requires a Customer Care Manager

My client is looking for someone who has great people skills as you will see everyone who comes into the practice on a day to day basis, you will need to be able to build relationships with clients. You will need to ensure that everyone goes away with great impressions from the practice, from the level of cleanliness to the customer service and everything in the middle.
You will be required to lead the reception team, whilst keeping communications within the teams (nurses & vets) to allow the practice to run smoothly. You will need to be organised to plan ahead and delegate work to ensure the best care for our clients. You must be able to solve problems quicks without becoming flustered and be fair across the board.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, some leadership experience, IT skills (familiar with excel/word), etc.
There is a salary of between £24,000 - £26,000 up for grabs (possibly more if you have a strong leadership background)
