** Well established, Small Animal Vet practice
** Full Time, no weekends

This Practice Manager vacancy in Kent, is with a well-established Small Animal Practice, with a dedicated team of Vets, Nurses and Support staff. They are looking for a Practice Manager to come in and lead their team/practice with excellent Customer Care standards, and positive attitude.
Duties will include; HR, recruitment, leading the team, managing the practice, Health & Safety, meeting targets/KPIs, personnel management, administration, finance, information and technology management, plus other duties as required to ensure smooth running of the practice.
You will be rewarded with a Competitive Salary £30-£35,000 per annum, 33 days holiday, a friendly working environment and additional company benefits.
