This single site, independent Vet practice in Manchester is looking for a Registered Vet Nurse to join their team.
The role is part time, offering up to 30 hours per week (however full time could be considered). The weekends are shared on a 1 in 3 Saturday morning rota, 9am - 12pm, with no out of hours or Bank Holidays.
You will be working alongside a 2.5 Vet team, caring for a long standing client base, with a high proportion of insured clients and visiting veterinary specialists, allowing a varied case work-up.
The team are caring and passionate about providing excellent clinical care within a small team.
You provide a variety of general nursing duties including monitoring anaesthetics, catheters, inpatient care, etc. whilst also supporting the continual growth within the nursing team.
This role requires a confident candidate who is able to lead by example, and as a training practice, clinical coach experience would be an advantage but not essential.
They are keen for the candidate to take an active role in promoting nurse consults and encouraging exceptional nursing care to the in patients.
