They have a loyal client base, and the practice, with its dedicated, friendly, experienced team are highly trusted within the local community for providing exceptional veterinary care. They have the facilities and resources to enable their staff to work in a low stress, well organised, supportive, friendly, family feel atmosphere. Maintaining a good working environment, staff wellbeing and job satisfaction for all staff is of high importance to us which is proven in our low staff turnover and longevity in service, some of the team having been with the group from the beginning.
The team of vets, nurse and receptionists are a fun loving and friendly group who work well together. There is a very positive supportive culture, and they regularly get together socially as well.
Within the group their nursing teams include people with advanced Diplomas in a wide variety of areas including anaesthesia, Emergency and Critical Care, Feline Nursing, and behaviour so this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to increase their skills and knowledge.

They have experienced Vets with interest/cert studying in Surgery, Medicine, and Ophthalmology. They also have further cert holders in Surgery, Exotics, and Imaging.

They actively encourage certificates, offering funding, CPD and support to all their team members.

Their staffs Wellbeing is of great importance to them, they have a very approachable, supportive management team who support their team both inside and outside of the workplace. They endeavour to ensure that the practices have some down time, whether it be closing the doors for a couple of hours for coffee and cake, a meal out or bowling. They work very closely with local charities and the community, sponsoring the towns junior football team, visiting local schools to talk about working in a Vet practice and they often host fund raising events from dog shows to coffee mornings in practice.
They are looking for a highly motivated, forward thinking, and proactive nurse with strong communication and people skills in order to lead the team to deliver exceptional clinical and client care. The candidate must be a good team player, able to work on their own initiative, adaptable, flexible and have excellent all-round nursing skills.
