Full time RVN needed in Axminster

Due to practice growth, my client is looking forward to welcome a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their team. Days and hours of work can be flexible with working alongside an equal share of out of hours’ duties not exceeding 1:4 weekends and 1-night duty per week. Time off in lieu is given retrospectively. They are looking for a nurse who is friendly, confident and who can provide exceptional care to their clients and patients alike. They are a very supportive team who will help you ensure high clinical standards are met and confidence is given in assisting and developing their student veterinary nurses. Depending on experience they can offer a salary range between £21,000 - £27,000 basic pay per annum with overtime and duties worked paid on top.

They are a small animal, 1st Opinion, Tier 3 Veterinary Hospital in Devon. They have 2 operating theatres, self-contained dental suite, imaging suite, separate cattery, kennels and isolation wards with Gold standard ISFM cat friendly accreditation. They also have an internal lab, pharmacy and 5 consult rooms with separate dog and cat waiting areas. There excellent facilities allow their clinical team to deliver veterinary care with a dedicated focus of providing high clinical standards. The successful candidate will be RCVS registered. They are looking for someone who will maintain a high standard of inpatient care, assist with surgical procedures and guide and support student veterinary nurses. The ability to communicate with clients and maintain a high professional standard is essential.
