Fantastic Opportunity in West Yorkshire for Clinical Manager

This reputable 24-Hour Vet Hospital in Leeds requires a Clinical Nurse Manager to join them starting as soon as possible.

The practice is fast paced and has an experienced team of 67 colleagues. This includes Certificate Holders in ECC, Medicine, Surgical & Dental. It runs both a out of hours and Referral Hospital.

The roles main purpose is to organise the nursing team (currently at 15 RVN’s, 5 SVN’s (soon to grow to 9), 8 VCA’s). You will hold monthly meetings and appraisals, encourage ongoing development and work with the Hospital Manager to improve and enforce protocols. You must also be confident working alongside students and assisting them, as well as many other fantastic roles.

It is 40 hours per week, with a shared 1 in 4 weekend rota. There is some flexibility with the working hours, between 8.30am – 8.30pm and you may need to cover the occasional night.
