My client in The West Midlands are looking for a dedicated, experienced registered veterinary nurse who is looking to take the next step in their career and join their team as Deputy Head Nurse. You will be working alongside the Head Nurse in leading the nursing team to provide exceptional care for pets and clients alike. If you are motivated and want to bring fresh ideas to a team that is committed to animal welfare you will thrive in their fast-paced and well-established practice!
They see a varied caseload enabling you to get involved with a wide variety of procedures including specific nurses' clinics, orthopaedics, and soft tissue surgery. Maintaining a good working environment, staff well-being and job satisfaction for all staff is of high importance to them which is proven in their low staff turnover and longevity in service, some of the team has been with the group from the beginning.
The role is a permanent, full-time position based on a 4-day week with a regular day off and a share of the weekend rota. No out-of-hours.
The salary for this role is up to £31,000 depending on experience.
