My client in Stoke on Trent seeks a Permanent RVN to join their team on a part time basis!

To succeed, you will have a positive, can-do attitude, be confident in communicating with a wide range of clients and, of course, have a sense of humour to get through the tough days. My client believes in developing talent across the full range of clinical practice so a willingness to share your skills and lead by example is essential.

Your passion for what they do will drive you to champion the charity and always keep an eye on resources suggesting efficiencies wherever possible. They really do listen and believe they are better together.

The work is fast-paced and challenging so they will work hard to ensure that you have the work life balance that suits your needs as well as enabling them to deliver an outstanding service. Ask me about flexible options!

They are affectionately known as The Potteries and is the World Capital of Ceramics. Set in the heart of the Midlands, it is close to beautiful countryside and bustling cities alike. It is easily accessed by road, and has good transport links to London, Birmingham, and Manchester

The hospital is a purpose-built single site practice with good digital x-ray, a new ultrasound machine, multi parameter GA monitoring as well as piped gases and active scavenging. They have a good microscope and a brand new in house biochem machine that is regularly updated to ensure accuracy. You will be supported by experienced, knowledgeable team that are passionate about the value their work brings to the local community.

They are looking for someone to join our team on a part-time basis (ideally 22.5 hours). There is no out of hours, or on call requirements and weekend working is limited to 1 in 9. Work-life balance is very important to them, so they are happy to explore flexible working opportunities.

They understand the importance of personal growth and are passionate about development. This means different things to different people so you will have regular line manager meetings to ensure your personal plan is tailor made. They want to support their employees on this journey, whether it be developing clinical skills, or working towards management goals.
