My client in Portsmouth are looking for an enthusiastic veterinary nurse who thrives in a busy environment, will rise to a challenge, be able to contribute to changes and who will fit into the team. You should enjoy a varied nursing load and thrive on client contact. Excellent patient and client care is extremely important to them and they are looking for an individual who shares their high standards and work ethos.
Clinical coach preferred but not essential. Training can be provided.
The practice is well equipped with everything you would expect in a first opinion practice, including laser therapy, endoscopy, digital and dental x-rays and ultrasound.
The position is 40 hours a week. You will be required to work 4 days a week, plus 1 in 4 weekends, but no out of hours!
Benefits include:
£22,000 - £27,000 (depending on experience)
Pension Scheme
28 days holiday + birthday leave
RCVS and VDS fees paid
CPD allowance
Life insurance of 4 times annual salary for next of kin
Discounted vet treatment for pets
