The role would be full time working 4 weekdays one week, 4.5 weekdays the next, with shifts starting from 8:00am until 17:30pm and weekends on-call rota of 1:6, it is important to note, when on call you are only called in as required and do not stay on site or take the phones. You will receive a day off in lieu of the following week for weekend work.

Your working day as an RVN will be varied covering duties such as kennels, prep, theatre, consults, reception, and branch surgery cover, which is shared equally between all nurses. This opportunity will allow for great clinical exposure and lots of opportunities for professional growth!
The salary for this role is up to £27,500 per annum depending on experience. However, this is accompanied by overtime & out of hours payments which can be up to £2,500 plus, meaning the role has the potential to earn up to or over £30000 per annum!

As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be part of a multi-site practice. You will work closely with the team across all five branches providing a high level of patient and client care, supporting Veterinary Surgeons, trainee Nurses and support team to provide an all-round quality service.

This is a full-time role with varying shift patterns, working 1:4 weekends with no OOH, however part-time will also be considered.

Salary for the role is up to £31,000 per annum depending on experience.

The successful applicant will ideally be an RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse. The ideal candidate will ideally have experience working in similar environment. However, the role is suitable for anyone looking to develop their nursing skills and looking for a new challenge, including newly qualified nurses. Full training will be given in all areas. Having excellent communication skills, the ability to work well within a team and a strong work ethic is essential.
