Laceys client in Surrey is looking for a Vet Surgeon with a surgical bias to work in their independent practice. Would you like the time to develop your surgical skills with the support of a friendly team?
• Starting salary of £50,000 with a generous CPD allowance
• 4-day week including 3 dedicated operating days
• 1 in 4 Saturdays (9:00am – 12:00pm)
• No Sundays, bank holidays, or out-of-hours!
• 20-minute consults with protected admin and lunch breaks
The practice is proudly independent with a supportive, close-knit team who have strong collaborative ethos. All of the equipment has recently been updated including a DR X-ray, tonopen, syringe driver, Phovia, and more! You will be supported by a highly skilled nursing team during consults and throughout all patient care. The team has daily catchups to contribute to their continuous learning culture. Working collaboratively towards a stress-free, patient centered care approach.
The ideal candidate will be someone with a surgical bias who enjoys mentoring others. You must have strong communication skills and be willing to contribute towards the practice’s relationship-led approach to client care. If you are someone confident in your clinical ability and happy to contribute towards a growing, evolving team, this might be the role for you.
