Laceys client in Kent is looking for a dedicated Vet Surgeon to join their team at their Hospital in Kent!
• Veterinary Surgeon
• Location: Kent
• Salary: £48,800 – £64,119 (including allowances) per annum
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Contract: Full Time, Permanent
• Flexible working options available regarding hours and shifts

They are currently seeking a qualified Veterinary Surgeon to join the team in Kent. This role is ideal for a vet who thrives on variety and is ready to face a broad caseload. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves working closely with a wide range of colleagues and clients.
The successful candidate will lead by example, share their expertise, and demonstrate a commitment to the charity’s mission. They will also be proactive in promoting client contributions and identifying opportunities for greater efficiency.

The hospital is modern and well-equipped, with facilities including:
• Separate dog and cat kennelling
• In-house radiography, ultrasound, and endoscopy
• Piped gases
• Extensive orthopaedic equipment
Team size allows for flexible weekend rotas and out-of-hours coverage, with enhanced pay and stand-down time during the week for those covering weekends.
