A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established and supportive team in Warwickshire. This role is ideal for someone looking to further develop their clinical skills and pursue specific areas of interest within a friendly and progressive environment.
• Competitive salary up to £80,000 FTE (DOE)
• Full-time position: 40 hours per week
• 1 in 4 weekends
• Occasional sole charge
• No out-of-hours (OOH) work
The practice is undergoing an exciting rebrand and is equipped with excellent facilities, offering access to modern equipment and a varied caseload from a loyal client base. Excellently located in a busy area, the practice has earned a strong reputation for high-quality care.
This position offers the opportunity to thrive in an independent practice environment with the support of a collaborative team, where input and innovation are welcomed. Support for further training, including postgraduate qualifications or certificates, is available through a generous CPD allowance.
The ideal candidate will have sound surgical and medical skills, with some experience in emergency procedures, and will be confident working sole charge when required. They can offer you the opportunity to gain a wide range of responsibilities in the practice so excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
