• Hours: Full-time or part-time, 1-4 days/wk.

Would you like to work in a practice based on Devons Stunning coastline? The practice operates two fully equipped branches and is proud to be RCVS Small Animal General Practice-accredited to GP standard.
The team places a strong emphasis on honesty, kindness and clinical integrity — with no upselling, no targets, and no corporate interference. Just good vetting, done well.
The ideal candidate will be A confident, kind, and capable Veterinary Surgeon with a minimum of 4 years’ small animal experience. The right candidate will:
• Be competent in routine surgeries and diagnostics
• Consult to a high clinical standard, using 20-minute appointments to build trust and rapport
• Value teamwork and enjoy mentoring, learning and growing alongside colleagues
• Contribute positively to a relaxed, supportive, and professional working culture
This is an ideal role for someone seeking to escape corporate structures and rediscover what they love about veterinary practice — working with freedom, integrity and kindness.
The practice is located in a beautiful part of Devon, offering a rare balance of rewarding clinical work and unbeatable lifestyle. Think post-shift beach walks, coastal hikes, kayaking, countryside pub gardens — all within reach of Exeter and other major transport links.
The team is friendly, supportive, and built around mutual respect. It's a place where laughter is common, wellbeing matters, and everyone has a voice. Clinical excellence is a shared goal, but compassion always comes first.
Further Benefits include:
• £1500+ CPD budget
• RCVS, VDS & one extra professional membership paid
• High-quality equipment and facilities
• Genuinely supportive, independent practice
• Freedom to be the vet you trained to be
Start Date: Flexible – ideally Summer to Autumn 2025
Please note: Overseas candidates requiring a VISA can be considered if they meet the requirements and have an excellent standard of spoken English.
