The PDSA is a special organisation that provides expert veterinary care for people across the UK who otherwise would not be able to afford to treat their pets.
The branch in Birmingham is looking to recruit a qualified Vet who is up for a challenge to join their team. The role is part time, working 33 hours per week. The size of the teams allows for a flexible approach to weekend rotas and any out of hours required, with enhanced pay and stand down time in the week when a weekend is worked.
Candidates must have confidence in communicating with a wide range of colleagues and clients, as well as being able to work a fast-paced and challenging caseload.
The team of Vets have varied clinical interests meaning that you will have access to a wide pool of knowledge.
The hospital itself is well-equipped with separate dog and cat kennelling facilities, in-house radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, piped gases and extensive orthopaedic equipment.
This role has a wide range of benefits including:
