Lacey is working with a practice in North West Leicestershire, who are currently seeking a Clinical Director and Experienced Veterinary Surgeons for their team.
About the practice
A purpose-built, modern practice with a brand-new digital x-ray machine, brand new ultrasound machine, an extensive in-house lab, ECG, Dental x-ray and more.
With a dedicated team of 8 Vets (including cardiology, surgery and imaging certificate holders ), 16 Veterinary Nurses, front of house and Senior management.
Large client base throughout North West Leicestershire. Located in a picturesque market town surrounded by countryside with local cities and airport within easy reach.
The roles
CLINICAL DIRECTOR
• Salary: Up to £70k (Depending on experience)
• Responsible for the overall leadership of the practice and will work to drive forward clinical services, commercial performance and team development Clinical work will have a mixture of in-patient care, surgery and consultations.
• Previous experience, or ready for the next step in your career
• 40 hours (4 or 5-day) working week
• Only 1 in 6 Saturdays (with TOIL the following week)
• No OOHs
• Keen to support specific interests, especially if you are working towards or currently hold a certificate.
EXPERIENCED VETERINARY SURGEONS
• Salary: Up to £48k (Depending on experience)
• Veterinary Surgeon with at least two years of experience
• Clinical work will have a mixture of in-patient care, surgery and consultations
• 40 hours (4 or 5-day) working week
• Only 1 in 6 Saturdays (with TOIL the following week)
• No OOHs
• Keen to support specific interests, especially if you are working towards or currently hold a certificate.
