Lacey’s client is a small animal practice in Essex with an existing team of 2 Vets, 4 RVNs, 2 SVNs and 6 Receptionists
They are looking to recruit another full-time Vet to complement their team. They are happy to consider all levels of experience, and the successful candidate will have the support from an experienced Vet and Branch Partner.
It would be a 4-day working week with 1:3 half or 1:6 full weekends (your preference). There are no OOHs, as they are supported by a nearby 24-Hour Hospital for this.
They are offering a Salary package up to £55,000 per annum depending on experience, plus additional other benefits:
•5 weeks' annual leave plus bank holidays
•Certificate funding (they strongly encourage further development)
•4 weeks' paid sabbatical (after each 5 years of service)
•Enhanced Maternity and Paternity Pay
•£1,500 CPD Allowance plus 3 days CPD leave (FTE)
•RCVS, BVA and VDS fees paid
•Vehicle allowance or company vehicle
•Accommodation allowance
•Fair share of bank holiday and on-call rota to support our dedicated night team, if required
