If you are an experienced and enthusiastic Vet Surgeon, this beautiful coastal practice has a new career opportunity for you!
• Salary of £45,000 to £60,000 dependent on experience
• Full-time, permanent position, (Part-time considered).
• 4-day week 8am-6:30pm.
• Rota currently 1:4 Saturday Mornings (8:30am-12pm)
• No OOHs
The practice has provided outstanding veterinary care and advice to pet owners for over 30 years. They are looking for an experienced vet to join their supportive and friendly team of 9 experienced vets, including two certificate holders (Ophthalmology & Surgery). They are also proudly an RCVS accredited nursing training practice, with a knowledgeable nursing team. They wish to deliver only the best care to every pet they see and promote a caring environment – supporting the future of the industry.
The practice offers support and expertise to several local and national animal charities.
They have four branches close to the coastline, and offer a four-day working week, with no on call and a Saturday morning rota. Providing time to enjoy that beautiful coastline. Additionally, they have fantastic facilities and equipment all of use to you!
They are keen to recruit a passionate team member who has a sound grounding in first opinion practice and it happy to share their knowledge with the rest of the team. You must deliver valuable continuity of care to your patients and be eager to build rapport with the returning client base. Ideally, you’ll be confident and collaborative, sometimes working alongside another vet, other times sole charge. Being an Official Veterinarian would be advantageous, but not essential.
