Lead Vet Needed in Lincolnshire – Fantastic Benefits

This well-established small animal practice in Lincolnshire is looking for an experienced Vet Surgeon to join them as their Lead Vet.

You will be working 39 hours / 4 days per week with a shared 1 in 2 Saturday rota. There is no out of hours or on-call with this role, however you must be confident working sole charge.

Candidates will be motivated, with great leadership qualities, excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for patient and client care. You will be playing a crucial part within the team, so you must have strong management skills and be confident mentoring.
