Independent Small Animal Practice in Lincolnshire Seeks Vet Surgeon

Lacey’s client in North Lincolnshire are an Independent, Small Animal multi-vet practice and are currently looking to recruit another Vet for their friendly team.
Being an Independent practice gives them the individuality to run a successful business, whilst looking after their staff and offering a fantastic work/life balance.

This role is ideally Full Time, 5 days per week (although 4 days may be negotiable) working between 9am - 6pm (9am-12pm/3pm-6pm consulting times). Minimum of 1 dedicated day per week in Surgery. Between consult times the practice are flexible how the Vets manage their time, either for call/admin time or even Leisure time (Running/Gym etc).

They do cover their own OOHs currently (but are looking to have this outsourced in the near future), so will be 1 night/week on duty which includes holding phones and inpatient checks (on a busy night the practice could receive just 3 calls, some of which would not require to be seen. Weekends are on a 1;4 rota, with 1.5 days TOIL including a long weekend in return.

As part of the package they are able to offer accommodation if needed, in a self contained flat above the practice for a set period whilst you settle into the area and find your own accommodation, which they are happy to help and advise on, knowing the area very well.

NB - The Practice are also looking for Locum Vet cover in the meantime. Accommodation above the practice. Ideally 4-5 days per week, with OOHs and weekends but negotiable. Rates DoE and ALL pay methods accepted.
