This tier 3, training practice in Merseyside is looking to recruit a Vet Surgeon to join their small animal team.
The role is available full or part time, with 50% of your time being sole charge branch work and the other half at the hospital. They could look at accommodating sole charge branch work only with hospital as a back up if preferred. There is a 1 in 8 weekend rota and 1 bank holiday per year. OOHs are shared on a rota to cover holidays.
It is a fully equipped practice with digital X-ray, ultrasound, various scopes, dental radiography, CO2 laser, laparoscopic equipment, 64 slice CT scanner, and a 1.5T MRI scanner.
They are looking for an experienced Vet who is happy consulting and performing neutering's/small surgical procedures sole charge. Candidates must prioritise patient care, and have an interest in working up cases to a high standard alongside a brilliant team of Vets, some of whom have certificates in medicine, surgery, and diagnostic imaging, with others currently undertaking study towards theirs.
The practice has fantastic links to major cities as well as close to beautiful countryside.
