An established veterinary group is seeking an experienced Small Animal Vet to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a full-time role, offering flexibility in location and working arrangements, with the option to work at the main hospital or one of several branches across South Wales.

The Role:

**Full-time, with flexibility in location and rota
**Manage and oversee a varied clinical caseload, working alongside a supportive, skilled team
**Option to include work at the main hospital (RCVS Outstanding status)

The ideal candidate will:
**Thrive in a positive, collaborative working environment
**Be passionate about delivering outstanding care
**Take ownership of cases, following them through from consultation to diagnosis and treatment where appropriate

About the Practice:
The group operates from a purpose-built main hospital and has four other branches across South Wales. All locations are RCVS-accredited and have Silver Cat Friendly status, with modern facilities to support excellent patient care. The practice is led by five young Clinical Directors who work alongside their teams on the front line and foster an open, supportive workplace culture. Staff are encouraged to contribute ideas and focus on delivering the best possible care without commercial pressure.

The team is diverse, with members from all walks of life, and the practice prides itself on its flexibility in accommodating individual needs. The in-house out-of-hours service is well supported, but arrangements can be tailored for the right candidate.

Location Benefits:
Situated in South Wales, the practice offers the perfect balance of work and lifestyle — close to Cardiff, Swansea, the Brecon Beacons, and award-winning beaches. The area offers a wide range of activities for leisure, from coastal pursuits to countryside adventures.

Benefits include:
**Salary: £40,000–£60,000 depending on experience
**28 days (6.6 weeks) holiday per year (inclusive of Bank Holidays)
**2 weeks full sick pay and 4 weeks half sick pay
**Paid Royal College membership and one other professional subscription of your choice
**Health Shield membership
**Flexible working arrangements tailored to the candidate

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated vet seeking a role that offers both professional fulfilment and a supportive working environment in a stunning location.
