Friendly, Independent practice in Manchester seeks Veterinary Surgeon(s)

Our client is looking for a veterinary surgeon to join their awesome, independent veterinary practice in Greater Manchester to start ASAP (ongoing locum potentially considered until permanent placement found).

Due to continued growth, they are currently recruiting for two enthusiastic veterinary surgeons to join their clinical team of 14 vets, 19 nurses and 8 care assistants.

You will be required to work a 1pm - 10.30pm shift on a 2 day on 2 day off, 5 day on 5 day off rota at their main practice.

They are also looking for a veterinary surgeon to join their day team working a 4-day week with 1 in 5 weekends, with a day off in lieu the week after working a weekend.

Our client is a busy small animal practice providing out of hour care to their own patients with a dedicated night team on site.

There is always support available from fellow team members many of whom are working towards certificates in medicine, surgery, exotics and ECC. They are flexible in their approach to team members and will consider job sharing/part time applicants. They will also consider individuals looking for weekend work.
