My client in the West Mids is looking for a Vet to join their locally owned, training practice.
The branch prides themselves on performing a full range of orthopaedic and soft tissue surgeries and are the proud owners of an ISFM Silver Certificate Cat Friendly Clinic award, RAW Silver Rabbit Friendly award, a Compassion Understood bronze award and SPVS wellbeing award.
The team is made up of 3 vets supported by 4 RVN's, 2 SVN's, a practice manager and 4 receptionists. A supportive team with a wealth of skills.
In regards to rotas, the practice prioritise wellbeing and therefore are able to support in providing a rota that is suitable for you. With flexible rota patterns considered, including school hours or other suggestions.
They will consider anywhere between 20 - 40 hours per week, with a 1 in 3 Saturday rota. There is no out of hours.
There is fantastic facilities including operating theatre, 3 dedicated consult rooms, a large prep area, x-ray room and isolation block with separate cat and dog kennels. There is also onsite parking.
Organisation is key, meaning that the diary is always well-managed with time included for breaks, time to catch up on admin and time to discuss cases with colleagues. You’ll be involved in both surgery and consults, with consults given 15 minutes as standard, with longer given when required.
