A newly established, independent, small animal practice in Staffordshire is looking to recruit a Lead Veterinary Surgeon on a permanent basis, starting ASAP.
This role is full time, working 40 hours per week. Our client truly values achieving a great work/life balance so offer working hours between 9:00am- 6:00 pm, with no weekends or out-of-hours work!
They are seeking an experienced Vet who offers compassionate, high-quality care to pets and their owners, with 20-minute consultations in place to ensure patients receive the care they deserve without feeling rushed.
The Lead Vet role requires a candidate who is confident with all routine ops and consults and collaborating with the team. You will be working as sole charge vet and supported by a skilled RVN, allowing you to focus on your patients' best interests.
Being independent allows our client to prioritise a personalized service, ensuring that all animals receive care tailored specifically to them. The practice also has friendly and welcoming staff, contributing to a stress-free environment.
