Lacey’s client in Dorset is looking to expand their team due to another Vet relocating and to accommodate their growing client base. Join this passionate team, with flexible working options and a great work-life balance!
• Salary of £50,000 to £70,000 FTE (DOE)

• Must be experienced and confident
• Periods of sole charge
• No out-of-hours
• Closed on Sundays
The practice is purpose built with some great facilities including an operating theatre, 2 dedicated consult rooms, a nurse consult room/X-ray room, as well as all the kit you would expect to see in a solid GP practice including a new digital X-ray, ultrasound, in-house lab equipment, full multiparameter monitoring equipment and other essentials. Plus, they are happy to discuss investing in additional equipment in the future, depending on your areas of interest.
You will be working alongside their Clinical Lead and Practice Owner, as well as four strong, experienced, and forward-thinking nursing team including RVN, Practice Manager and Owner and four incredible receptionists. Their team is always looking for new ideas to further develop the practice and provide the best levels of clinical care and client service possible to their loyal clients.
The ideal candidate will be experienced and confident with routine neutering, procedures and emergency and critical care. You’ll be responsible for periods of sole charge, although not for large periods of your overall rota.
They are focused on creating a rota and workplace that allows flexibility, enjoyment and facilitates growth both clinically and non-clinically, they are happy to consider applications from full or part-time candidates. There are no out-of-hours requirements, and they are closed on Sundays, allowing everyone to make the most of life outside of work!
Days are structured with 15-minute consults as standard, and time taken for lunch and admin are also factored into the day. They meet regularly as a team to discuss issues and how to progress patient and client care, with an open and flexible approach the rest of the time.
