Emillies client in Aberdeenshrie is seeking a full or part-time vet surgeon to join their friendly independent vet group!
Are you looking for a role that fits around personal commitments?
An exciting opportunity is available for a Veterinary Surgeon seeking excellent work-life balance. This position would particularly suit a vet with a consulting bias, though there will also be opportunities to undertake surgical cases at the hospital.
The practice is seeking a part-time or full-time Veterinary Surgeon, working primarily at one of their branches but with opportunities to work at their other locations. They offer flexibility around hours and are open to both part-time and full-time arrangements to accommodate individual needs, with a focus on finding the right balance for the successful candidate.
The ideal applicant will be an experienced vet with a strong emphasis on client care and relationship building. Competence in clinical examination and confidence working sole charge are essential. Surgical skills are an advantage, although support and development in this area can be provided if needed.
The branch is very busy with a large and loyal client base where no two days are the same. The caseload is varied, ranging from routine consultations and vaccinations to more complex cases requiring extensive workups. The branch is equipped with an in-house laboratory, with further investigations and surgical procedures carried out at other branches.
As an independent practice, they pride themselves on building strong, lasting relationships—both within the team and with their clients.
