This is an exciting opportunity for a Lead Vet Surgeon in Staffordshire to join a well-established small animal practice. It is a fantastic opportunity to lead a clinical team but focus on the clinical with fantastic support from the practice manager and owners with other management responsibilities.
This role is full time, working 4 days per week with a 1 in 3 Saturday rota. There is no Sundays and no out of hours required.
The practice is family owned and believes in fostering a supportive and collaborative working environment. The team includes the partners, plus 4 Vets, 6 Nurses, 3 receptionists and 2 Practice Managers.
Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, experienced and be confident delivering high quality care. Experience in more complicated surgical and medical cases to support more junior members of the team is preferred.
