Are you a dedicated and compassionate Vet looking for an exciting new opportunity?
This expanding branch is looking to recruit a Vet Surgeon to join their team. The practice is well-established and committed to delivering exceptional care to patients and their owners.
They have state-of-the-art facilities and a strong team of veterinary professionals, providing comprehensive medical and surgical care for small animals.
There is a fantastic team of Vets as well as a brilliant client care team as well as a 5 RVNs, 1 of which is our Nursing Clinical Lead, 1 SVN, a Pharmacy Assistant, Hygiene Technician and 1 VCA.
They are an approved training practice; this means new graduates are considered.
Candidates must have strong clinical skills, ideally a surgical bias, the ability to work independently and as a team, compassion and be proactive.
The role is flexible so both full and part time hours will be considered. There is a minimum of 1 in 4 Saturdays (9am – 12pm) and no out of hours.
Key responsibilities include:
• Provide high-quality medical and surgical care to a variety of small animal patients
• Conduct thorough clinical examinations and diagnostic workups
• Perform routine and complex surgeries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering advice and follow-up care
• Work closely with the veterinary team to deliver excellent care and share knowledge
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
