Lacey is working with a really friendly and well-established practice in the Surrey/Hampshire border currently.
They have a vacancy for a vet with some experience to join their 5 Vet team across 2 sites.
**Location: Surrey-Hampshire border with branches in Farnborough and Farnham. Excellent rail link to London (45mins), a wealth of open space nearby, great road connections. Easy access to the larger towns Guildford & Reading
**Start date: February/ March 2021

**Experience: The ideal candidate will have experience in general practice, a good surgical skill level, and be comfortable with some sole charge. A certificate will be encouraged and supported. A genuine like of clients is essential.
**Practice: The practice is very well established in the local area and still growing. There is scope to develop and expand. A fantastic team has enabled us to thrive despite the pandemic.
5 vet team over the two sites, with rotas so no one is 100% sole charge. An excellent support team with RVN's at both branches, very experienced nursing and ANA staff and experienced receptionists.
**Facilities: Both sites have X ray, ultrasound, lab & endoscopy, peripatetic orthopaedic surgeons, little is referred, we like to work up our own cases as much as possible. Merlin PMS, simple health plan. Hugely supportive vet and nurse team, cases discussed, cpd knowledge shared, everyone wants to be their best.
Supported by a brand new hospital 10 minutes away in Farnham with CT, hydrotherapy and 24/7 out of hour care.
**Rota: 4 day week, 1 in 4 Saturday mornings only, no OOH, no bank holidays. Last consult at 5.45pm. Ideally you will work 2 days at each branch, or more days at Farnham considered.
**Salary and benefits: Starting 38 - 45k+ negotiable and DOE. RCVS, VDS, and another membership paid, 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays, cash back health care scheme. 1700 CPD allowance, 5 working days
