100% Small Animal Vet Practice in Devon Seeks Vet Surgeon

This 100% small animal Vet practice in Devon is looking to recruit a Vet Surgeon, either experienced or New Graduate would suit.

The role is full time, however part time will be considered. OOH is a 1:4 night and weekend rota with 2 days off for doing a weekend; this will change to a 1:5 rota in July. They also run an out of hours bonus scheme. The shifts are 8.30am – 5.30pm unless on-call then 8.30am – 6.30pm. Saturdays are 8.30am – 4pm and then on-call.

The practice is well-equipped with; two operating theatres containing multi-parameter monitors; digital x-ray suite; dental suite & x-ray; ultrasound; video endoscopy; in-house lab; separate cat and dog wards; and 4 consult rooms.
There are 3 Vet with certificates in ophthalmology and surgery and a further 2 studying with interests in dentistry and cardiology.

You will be working a mixture of consultations and routine surgeries. You are encouraged to follow through your own case. The veterinary team are supportive and encourage clinical discussion and collaboration with complex cases.
