A friendly practice in Essex is looking for a Veterinary Nurse to join their team ASAP as Head Nurse. The job requires an experienced small animal nurse who is confident with all aspects of veterinary care as well as having experience leading a team. The RVN will also need to be a clinical coach or train to be one.
The hours are full time (37.5 hours per week) with no calls. There is a limited weekend rota of 1:8 Saturdays. In return the practice is offering great pay that will depend on experience as well as time off and funding for CPD.
