** Head Nurse role

An exciting opportunity for a Head Nurse position is available with this Small Animal practice in Wales. This is a full time position and they are looking for someone who can bring this new role as soon as possible.
This full time role will involve all of the normally Vet Nurse duties, but you will also be expected to manage the staff rota’s and assist with the general running of the clinic. You will be working with a team of 1 Clinical Direct, 5 Vets, 4 Nurses and 6 members of the support team. There are no OOH duties required of you but you will be part of the weekend rota, which is shared between the team. The salary received for this role will be negotiated upon your level of experience.
