Charlie is working with a friendly Veterinary practice who are looking for an enthusiastic veterinary nurse with good communication skills.
1 to 2 years experience as a head nurse preferred but not essential. Ability to take on clinical coach role – or willingness to do so.
The rota will be equally shared being 1 in 4, allowing a good work life balance. 1 in 4 Saturdays 8.30-13.00pm. There are OOH duties; you will be on call for one Mon-Fri per month and one weekend per month (these will not be concurrent). It is very rare that you will be called out! The vets handle the OOH calls and will only call the nurse on call if absolutely necessary. All we ask is that you be within a 45 minute radius of the practice when you are on duty.
The package available will depend on relevant experience.
