The RSPCA are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic and committed Veterinary Surgeon for their brand new, state of the art hospital.
Your role will be to report to the Managing Veterinarian, and as a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for ensuring that a high standard of animal care and customer service is provided in compliance with legal requirements.
You will work within a large team of Veterinarians with experienced nursing and support staff. You will have the ability to work with a large and varied caseload, and have a strong interest in animal welfare, shelter medicine and small animal medicine and surgery. Some large animal work opportunities will also be available.
This is a full time position and will require you to work regular weekends and some public holidays based on 7 day rotating roster, 8am-8pm. For the successful candidate, full visa sponsorship is available.
