A permanent Vet position has become available within a charming, independent, small animal practice in South Wales.
You would be working 5 days a week on average. There are rotas in place to dictate the sharing of on call and weekend duties. Our client prides themselves on providing a full out of hours’ emergency service and this is shared on a 1 in 6-night rota.
Weekend coverage is 1 in 3. However, the practice believes in true work live balance and to ensure our Vets get this balance right there are rota’ d days off after OOH work and a maximum working week of 45 hours. While on call you have the support of a senior vet as “back up” to discuss cases, assist you and attend if required.
