**Permanent IT Software Trainer position in South West & North West London
**Full time hours
**Fantastic annual salary DoE + benefits package
A fantastic position has arisen in North West and South West London.for an IT Software Trainer.
The successful applicant will be reporting to the IT Manager and will be able to demonstrate patience and the ability to organise and explain. It is thought the position will best suit somebody with previous experience of working in a veterinary practice. A basic technical knowledge is required plus proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel together with an understanding of practice management software. The job involves training the branch staff to use the software to its full potential prior to the ‘go-live’ date and then monitoring the system and giving further top-up training as required, as well as assisting in fulfilling the department’s objective of keeping all systems running smoothly throughout the Group.
This position is full-time and permanent and will require travelling around the practice and a car may be provided if required. The parts of the practice currently in need of training are in north west and south west London and there may be occasional journeys to east London required. When long hours are required at key times in the roll-out stage, time off in lieu will be awarded so there needs to be a considerable degree of flexibility in working hours.
