A Small Animal practice in Essex is seeking an experienced RVN to join their practice as a Head Nurse.
There is no on call with this position but you will be required to work weekends on a 1:4 rota. They offer a CPD allowance, 28 days annual leave and salary will be dependent on experience. As the Head Nurse you will be responsible for all standard Head Nurse duties, including managing a team, staff rotas and staff development.
